About Us
My name is Curt Currey and I have operated Currey Guide Service, LLC since 2004. I am Coast Guard licensed, state licensed, insured, and certified in CPR and First Aid. I am married to my amazing wife Kim and have two incredible step daughters; Kelsey and Ashtin. I have a B.S. in Business from Western Oregon State College and currently live in Keizer, Oregon. I was fortunate to be raised by parents who love the outdoors. I fished for trout and bass at a very young age while on weekend camping trips. At the age of six I landed my first limit of Steelhead while running diver and bait out of the front of my dad's drift boat on the Clackamas River. In 2004 I decided to share my passion for fishing and for Oregon and opened my guide service. Since then I have met wonderful people from all over the world and have been fortunate to share my passion with them.
It is my goal to provide you with a safe, comfortable, memorable, educational, and bountiful fishing experience. My drift boat accommodates up to three anglers and my sled boat accommodates up to six anglers. I offer full day trips for individual anglers, small groups of two to six anglers and large corporate and private party groups with the help of other professional fishing guides that I hire.
